Festival Accessibility

The Northern Indiana Bluegrass Association festival is held at the Noble County Fairgrounds, which features gravel paths, asphalt roads, and concrete pads at the stage, all of which are handicap accessible. Limited accessible camping areas are available near the stage, and personal mobility scooters are welcome.

Stage Area Accessibility

Wheelchair-accessible entrance to the stage area
First-come, first-served space for personal chairs
Bleacher seating available
Designated room for wheelchairs near the stage
Stage performances can be loud; sensory-sensitive guests may want ear protection

Pets & Service Animals

Pets are allowed in the campgrounds only
Pets are not permitted near the stage or food vendors
ADA-defined service animals are welcome throughout the festival

Parking & Mobility

Handicap parking is available near the stage and main gate (first-come, first-served with a valid placard)
Fairground terrain includes gravel, grass, asphalt, and concrete — plan accordingly if using a wheelchair or scooter

Golf Carts

Personal golf carts are welcome throughout the fairgrounds
No golf carts are allowed inside the stage area
No side-by-sides (UTVs) are permitted
Golf cart taxis operate during stage show hours for transportation assistance

Campground Notes

Guests may play music at their campsites
Pets must remain leashed and under control in camping areas

Safety & Security

Security personnel are on-site throughout each festival weekend

Requests requiring additional planning or special accommodations should be made weeks to months in advance so our volunteers have adequate time to prepare.
