🎶 Vendor Overview

Vendor spaces are located near the stage — you will be able to hear live music from your space throughout the festival.

  • Returning vendors receive priority placement.

  • Applications are required for each festival, even if returning.

  • Booth locations are assigned by NIBGA in advance.


📅 Festival & Booth Schedule

The Tri-State Festival runs Thursday–Sunday on both holiday weekends.

🏕 Booth Requirements

Vendors must provide:

  • Their own booth/shelter setup

  • Security for merchandise and equipment

  • Any operational needs beyond standard electricity

Booths will be reviewed for appropriateness.

Early arrival fee: $15/day prior to Thursday.

(All fees non-refundable. Payment due 30 days prior to event.)

Additional notes:

  • Booths over 20 ft may incur added cost.

  • Additional weekend tickets may be purchased at the gate for $25 each.

  • NO t-shirt or hat sales allowed.

  • Drive-in vendors are not permitted.

Payments must be made by:

  • Cash

  • Certified check

  • Money order

Payable to: Northern Indiana Bluegrass Assoc., Inc. (NIBGA)


🔌 What Your Fee Includes

  • Standard vendor space

  • Two weekend festival passes

  • One 110-volt / 15-amp electrical outlet


🍔 Food Vendor Requirements

Food booths will be inspected by the Noble County Board of Health during the event.

Food vendors must carry:

✔ Appropriate insurance
✔ Required licenses & permits
✔ Indiana Sales Tax compliance
