Tri-State Bluegrass Festivals – Memorial Day & Labor Day Weekends

🎶 Vendor Overview
Vendor spaces are located near the stage — you will be able to hear live music from your space throughout the festival.
Returning vendors receive priority placement.
Applications are required for each festival, even if returning.
Booth locations are assigned by NIBGA in advance.
📅 Festival & Booth Schedule
The Tri-State Festival runs Thursday–Sunday on both holiday weekends.

🏕 Booth Requirements
Vendors must provide:
Their own booth/shelter setup
Security for merchandise and equipment
Any operational needs beyond standard electricity
Booths will be reviewed for appropriateness.
Early arrival fee: $15/day prior to Thursday.

(All fees non-refundable. Payment due 30 days prior to event.)

Additional notes:
Booths over 20 ft may incur added cost.
Additional weekend tickets may be purchased at the gate for $25 each.
NO t-shirt or hat sales allowed.
Drive-in vendors are not permitted.

🍔 Food Vendor Requirements
Food booths will be inspected by the Noble County Board of Health during the event.
Food vendors must carry:
✔ Appropriate insurance
✔ Required licenses & permits
✔ Indiana Sales Tax compliance
